One Day

Ikebana Class

We are delighted to welcome back our programme of half and one-day workshops for summer 2021. These one-off classes will welcome smaller groups of students to enjoy tailored lessons that are designed to introduce creative new ideas, spark inspiration and celebrate the fantastical world of flora and fauna. Led by our experienced tutor team, the workshops are available as both half and full days - making them the perfect solo adventure, unique gift or fun experience with a loved one.

McQueens Flowers have long been admirers of the Japanese art of flower arranging - Ikebana. Many of our talented florists have specialisms and we’re delighted to introduce Mariusz, a long time McQueens colleague and qualified Ikebana aficionado who will lead the class and share his breadth of knowledge. On this one day workshop discover the philosophy of this centuries-old craft, the vessels used and arrangement techniques.

The health and safety of our students and tutors is paramount - please read our new regulations. Read
