Five Week Course

Career Course

(Update - there is one space left on the 9th August - 10th September course, please email to book.)

The world-renowned McQueens International Flower School has been a global leader in floristry education for 22 years. Thousands of students from across the world have completed our signature Vocational Course - many of whom have gone on to become successful florists in their own right. 2021 brings with it an exciting development for the School, as the four-week Vocational Course transforms into a new five-week Career Course. As well as a complete reboot of the curriculum itself, the School will relocate from its current home in Bethnal Green to purpose-designed dedicated teaching studios in Mayfair - right in the heart of where so many of McQueens Flowers’ luxury hotel and restaurant clients are located - enabling students to uniquely experience first hand the work we do as part of their learning.

Central to the new course structure is an exclusive insight into the daily work of McQueens Flowers - one of the flower industry’s foremost luxury brands for almost 30 years. Through a series of seminars and workshops run by experts from each area of floristry; events, retail, corporate contracts and weddings, students will have unparalleled access to experienced practitioners and gain insider knowledge and expertise from the people who do the job every day.

Designed by School Principal, Sophie Powell, the curriculum begins with a thorough introduction to the fundamentals of floristry followed by a detailed study of key areas of the industry. The modular programme is completely flexible and can be taken in a five-week block or as individual weeks to fit around other commitments.
